i have tried exercise, stretches and heat patches but nothing works. even ibuprofen dosnt completely ease the pain. im 24 and missing out on nights out with my friends…and my quality of life is poor. im on the waiting list to see a physio.

absolutely…ibuprofen is fine. Its acetaminophen (Tylenol) that you NEVER want to take while drinking. The reason being that alcohol and Tylenol are both synthesized (broken down) in the liver and you can overwhelm your liver if you take the 2 at the same down. If you overwhelm your liver it will shut down and get really ill or even die.
