Strengthen your core muscles. If you can find a Pilates instructor who is knowledgeable about spondylolisthesis, that would be good.

Find a Chiropractor who is knowledgeable about spondylolisthesis. In some cases (like mine), it can help a lot. In other cases, or if the chiro does not know what he or she is doing, they can make things worse.

Go to an Orthopedist and get x-rayed and evaluated. The ortho can then send you to physical therapy where they can give you just the right exercises for your specific case.

your symptoms match those of endo, but the also match those of many other things. I don't think you need to see anyone sooner due to the pulsing, but what you need to be doing, if you aren't already is keeping a pain journal from now until your appointment. write down the symptoms you are experiencing, when you experience them, what you were doing when it happened, how long it lasts, the severity of it, etc. The more information the better. This will aid your doctor tremendously in your diagnosis and treatment!

PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) may be a cause. Further, I think you are anemic too. That may cause a hyperdynamic circulation so you feel pulse there.
Hope you get diagnosed soon and will be ok with treatment.
All the best!

Constipation gives rise to many related diseases because toxins are retained in our body for more time than usual.

If you really want to get rid of constipation naturally once for all, then there is no other remedy which I have used from the following site. It was very helpful for me when I was suffering from constipation. Good Luck.

If you are constipated, you need to act on it now! Constipation causes:

hemorrhoids
anal fissures—tears in the skin around the anus
rectal bleeding
intestinal lining to be pushed out from the anal opening
fecal impaction

If I were you I would see a good neurologist. It often takes a specialist to uncover what's really happening. The tingling that you experience is very familiar to myself.

Where do you live - Canada, how long has it been since you saw the doctor? A urine test is done the same day, a culture 24 - 48 hours, but shouldn't be the factor stopping surgery. If he/she doesn't know they need to refer you to someone else. Be a informed patient - go to Record Release and have your records sent to you, you need to sign a form to do this, usually no charge they're your records. In them will be the lab results, the doctors visit, what they found, what they're going to do about it.
I've got no idea what your doctor is going to do, and from your question, perhaps she doesn't either. Take a friend with you for the visit, write your questions down, if she avoids the questions just hand her the paper for her to answers. Hopefully she has already consulted somebody with the information to proceed.

Hi there. My daughter is going through exactly the same thing as you right now, in fact I wish you could talk to each other! She's only 21 and has an IUD (coil).

First of all, you haven't had it diagnosed yet but I do think it sounds like a cyst too. Ovarian cysts are not life-threatening. If you need surgery, you will still be able to have children if you to choose to.

You will have a pelvic exam tomorrow, the doctor will feel to see how big the cyst is, and then refer you for an ultrasound. The appointment should come through within a week, and you will then be referred to a specialist, along with your ultrasound results. You will have to lay it on thick regarding the pain to get painkillers any stronger than codeine - it will be up to your doctor which meds s/he will prescribe. If you do take codeine, buy some natural laxatives too because it can cause constipation and you want to make yourself feel as comfortable as possible.

More information here:

http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Ovarian-cyst/Pages/Introduction.aspx?url=Pages/what-is-it.aspx

Try not to worry - I know it's hard but most of the women in my family have had to have a cyst removed and all of them went on to have babies. In fact one of my cousins only had hers diagnosed when she had a cesarean - the cyst was almost as big as her baby - and everything was fine - she went on to have more children.

You should also take into consideration that you will be feeling very hormonal right now, as cysts cause your body to go out of balance, so be good to yourself.

You will know more tomorrow. Sending a huge hug.

Good luck. X

Go talk to a chiropractor that practices in homeopathy. He can help you with your back pain and check to see if you have a kidney problem (or something else) by using a method called kinesiology.

The cost isn't that much (although there will be a one-time initial office visit fee).

I have the same thing. Its caused by standing all day wearing non-supportive shoes, especially if you are standing on a cold hard floor eg concrete.Your sciatic nerve pain forces you to walk oddly which will also affect the rest of your back. You have to take paracetamol, get good shoes but more importantly & ideally you need to lie down & rest it for a few days.(Bit hard when you need to work)
Also try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees. It helps a lot!
